How is delivery timed?

Allow about 1–2 business days to prepare an order and an estimated 4–6 business days in transit after shipment.

Can I return an unused purchase?

Qualifying defective and non-defective new products can be returned or exchanged. Ask within 30 days of delivery; a non-defective item must be new and unused.

What should I do before mailing?

Receive approval first, follow the mailing directions and use the free prepaid label included in the parcel. There is no restocking fee. We initiate an approved refund within 10 days.
