When to expect an order

We generally prepare a paid order in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transportation is estimated at 4–6 business days; holidays, weather and carrier disruptions can alter the estimate.

Help with a parcel

Check the delivery address carefully before placing an order. For delayed tracking, a missing parcel or damage, write to nufemuniyo94@gmail.com with the order number and tracking information. Keep photos and packaging when relevant.
