Refund Policy

Eligible new products may be returned whether defective or non-defective, and eligible exchanges are offered. Start the request within 30 days after delivery. An item without a defect must be new, unused and in original condition.

Request and approval

Contact nufemuniyo94@gmail.com with the order number and reason. Supply helpful photos if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete. Wait for approval and mailing instructions before shipping anything.

Return postage

A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel for an eligible return. Let us know if it is missing. No restocking fee applies; an exchange depends on approval and available stock.

Refund

After approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank or card provider may require additional posting time. Legal rights remain intact.
